Returns and Refunds

Tosoni Selleria offers three ways of returning / exchanging a product:

Replacement for
change size / color
Return with refund
through a voucher
Return with refund
(right of withdrawal)

Before contacting us or sending the goods, make sure you have carefully read all the return methods and conditions indicated on this page.

Return conditions

  • Returns from non-EU countries (CE) are not accepted
  • We do not accept returns of personalized items
  • Returned items must not have been worn, washed, ironed or treated in any way.
  • The garments must necessarily be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped and must be wrapped and packaged appropriately
  • All labels on the garment, both in fabric and hanging, must be intact and must not have been removed from the item.

Replacement for size or color change

  • Return of items by courier of your choice
  • Shipping costs for new items

To make a change of size or color just follow the procedure:

  1. If you are a registered user make the request through the Returns section in your personal area, instead you have made the purchase as a guest you can make the request through the Guest Return Request page, selecting as reason "Replacement for size change"
  2. Wait for confirmation from our operator that the request has been received
  3. Once the confirmation is received, ship to the address indicated in the confirmation email
  4. Wait for our operators to verify the product received
  5. Pay for the new shipping costs by following the instructions received by e-mail
  6. Receive the new product

Return with refund through a voucher

It is the most practical and economical solution compared to the return, because you are not charged the management costs.

To make a return with refund through a voucher, just follow the procedure

  1. If you are a registered user make the request through the Returns section in your personal area, instead you have made the purchase as a guest you can make the request through the Guest Return Request page, selecting as reason "Replacement with voucher"
  2. Wait for confirmation from our operator that the request has been received
  3. Once the confirmation is received, ship to the address indicated in the confirmation email
  4. Wait for our operators to verify the product received
  5. Receive the voucher directly by e-mail

Return with refund

Before requesting a return with a refund, we recommend that you consider a refund with a purchase voucher.

Time limits for making a return Deductions from the amount returned

14 days from receipt of goods

To request a return with a refund you must write an email to [email protected], specifying "Return with refund" as the object and then wait for instructions from our staff on the procedures to follow to make the return.

In the email it is mandatory to specify:

  • Personal data: Name, Surname, Email and Telephone
  • Order number of the products to be returned
  • Codes of products to be returned
  • IBAN and account holder to receive the refund or Paypal account address

Once we have received and verified the request, we will contact you to provide you with all the instructions for making the return.

Warning: do not send the products without first receiving confirmation from our staff.

Once the returned product has been verified by our staff, you will receive the refund on your bank account or Paypal account as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the moment you sent the goods back to us.

Please ensure that the products are returned in the exact same conditions in which you received them, otherwise they will lose value (even completely) upon reimbursement.

Customized products, made-to-measure products or products packaged according to the customer's specifications cannot be returned in any way, nor can products that risk expiring or deteriorating rapidly once opened be returned.
