Returns and Refunds

Tosoni Selleria offers three ways of returning / exchanging a product:

Replacement for
change size / color
Return with refund
through a voucher
Return with refund
(right of withdrawal)

Before contacting us or sending the goods, make sure you have carefully read all the return methods and conditions indicated on this page.

Return conditions

  • Returns from Switzerland and other non-EU countries (CE) are not accepted
  • We do not accept returns and replacements of saddles of any type.
  • We do not accept returns of KEP Italia, Kask, Samshield helmets and personalized items
  • We do not accept returns of Airbags
  • We do not accept returns of Sergio Grasso boots
  • We do not accept returns and replacements of items on sale and / or with a discount of more than 30%
  • Returned items must not have been worn, washed, ironed or treated in any way.
  • The garments must necessarily be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped and must be wrapped and packaged appropriately
  • All labels on the garment, both in fabric and hanging, must be intact and must not have been removed from the item.

Attention: these return methods are not valid for resellers

Replacement for size or color change

30 days from receipt of goods

  • Return of items by courier of your choice
  • Shipping costs for new items

To make a change of size or color just follow the procedure:

  1. If you are a registered user make the request through the Returns section in your personal area, instead you have made the purchase as a guest you can make the request through the Guest Return Request page, selecting as reason "Replacement for size change"
  2. Wait for confirmation from our operator that the request has been received
  3. Once the confirmation is received, ship to the address indicated in the confirmation email
  4. Wait for our operators to verify the product received
  5. Pay for the new shipping costs by following the instructions received by e-mail
  6. Receive the new product

Return with refund through a voucher

It is the most practical and economical solution compared to the return, because you are not charged the management costs.

14 days from receipt of goods

  • Return of items by courier of your choice

To make a return with refund through a voucher, just follow the procedure

  1. If you are a registered user make the request through the Returns section in your personal area, instead you have made the purchase as a guest you can make the request through the Guest Return Request page, selecting as reason "Replacement with voucher"
  2. Wait for confirmation from our operator that the request has been received
  3. Once the confirmation is received, ship to the address indicated in the confirmation email
  4. Wait for our operators to verify the product received
  5. Receive the voucher directly by e-mail

Return with refund (right of withdrawal)

Before requesting a return with a refund, we recommend that you evaluate the refund with a voucher.

Time limits for making a return Deductions from the amount returned

14 days from receipt of goods

  • Shipping costs of the original order, even in the case of free shipping
  • Credit card transaction costs (3% of the transaction amount + 3% reimbursement costs)

To request a return with refund (right of withdrawal) you must write to [email protected], specifying as the subject "Return with refund" and wait for the instructions from our staff on the procedures to follow to make the return.

In the email it is mandatory to specify:

  • All personal data: Name, Surname, Email and Telephone
  • Order number of the products to be returned
  • Product codes to be returned
  • Reason for the return
  • IBAN and holder of the account on which to receive the refund or Paypal address

Once the request has been received and verified, we will contact you to provide you with the instructions for making the return.

Warning: do not ship products without first receiving a confirmation from our staff.

Once the returned product has been verified by our staff, you will receive the refund on your bank account or Paypal within 20 days from the date of return of the items.
