Broncaresp Eucalyptus is a feed supplement for horses enriched with officinal herbs that stimulate the immune system and act as an expectorant.

Features: Thanks to its special composition enriched with Echinacea, Propolis, Liquorice and essential oils with antiseptic and bronchi-dilating properties (essential oil of Pine, Thyme, Eucalyptus, Rosemary), Broncaresp Eucalyptus allows to soothe the upper respiratory airways and to reinforce the horse's immune system.     

Instructions for the use: It is advised to administer, for a horse of 500kg, 10ml from one to three times a day, adding it to feed and/or cereals.

Ingredients:

-Echinacea: native plant of North America, is known for its antiviral properties and as a stimulant of the immune system. Its spectrum of action is determined by an increase of endogenous defenses, by nonspecific stimulation of the immune system, in particular by activation of the phagocytosis and the stimulation of fibroblasts.

-Propolis: In therapy, the Propolis is used for its antiviral, bacteriostatic and fungistatic, anti-inflammatory and healing properties. All these antiseptic properties are exploited in the treatment and prevention of respiratory infections. Its activities are aimed at preventing the penetration of the virus into the cell and at the same time is able to increase the body's resistance by stimulating the synthesis of antibodies and white blood cell activity. The anti-inflammatory action is of discrete entity and is useful for reducing the characteristic symptoms of the disorders of the upper airways (such as the burning and redness of the throat and in part also the cough).

-Liquorice: the plant is mentioned as valid antitussive, expectorant with secrolitic and secretomotor action to be used in catarrhal forms of the upper airway. Saponins (ac. Glycyrrhizic) and isoflavones would be the responsibles, which have shown to have antiviral and antimicrobial action. It is also known for some time the use of this drug in the treatment and prevention of gastritis and gastroduodenal ulcer.

-Eucalyptus: is a "balsamic" lung disinfectant because it has antiseptic amd fluidizing properties of bronchial and lung catarrh and expectorant  properties.
