Officinalis "Arnica 99%" massage oil.

Use: massage Arnica 99% on the contracted muscle or tendon for at least 3 minutes.
For maximum effectiveness: after the massage with Arnica 99%, perform a light massage with Arnica 90% and leave a 1-2 mm layer of gel and wrap with absorbent paper. Leave for at least 1 hour.

Arnica Montana belongs to the Asteraceae family, of which phytotherapy uses the flowers as an analgesic for the treatment of muscle and joint pain (rheumatism), hematomas, sprains, insect bites and other ailments.

Its properties:
1 - Anti-inflammatory and anti-neuralgic
2 - Antirheumatic
3 - Antiecchymotic (reabsorption of subcutaneous clots)
4 - Antimicrobial (reduce the presence of bacteria) ​

Once applied, it stimulates circulation in the bruised parts, favoring the reduction of edema (accumulation of liquid) and ecchymosis (bruises).
