The Acavallo dressage seat cover in Dri-Lex and Gel with 20mm thickness and front flaring to protect the pubis guarantees maximum safety and comfort for the rider thanks to its revolutionary design that exploits the unique shock absorption qualities of the Acavallo therapeutic gel ®.
The seat cover combines the anti-slip and cushioning properties of the Classic Gel Acavallo models with the breathable properties of the Dri-lex and with a recess in the front to reduce pressure in the area around the pubic bones, providing a more balanced distribution of weight and therefore a more comfortable and safer seat.

In addition to supporting the rider's torso, the technical composition of the Gel reduces trauma to the lower abdomen and neck in the event of sudden movements.

The Gel is coated, on the upper part, with Dri-Lex Acavallo®, a fabric that combines hydrophobic and hydrophilic fibers in a composite structure unique in the sector. The inner layer stays dry, while the outer layer acts as a micro-reservoir for sweat and moisture is literally vaporized.
Dri-Lex fabrics are designed to enhance the work normally done by nature; in fact, their function is to quickly move humidity in order to keep the body dry and comfortable.

The seat cover is equipped with an elastic strap with velcro that runs longitudinally along the lower part of the saddle and attaches to the panels, without changing the normal supports of the saddle.
In the two side parts, the seat cover is equipped with two grip straps that hook onto the inside of the seat cushions, without affecting their normal positions.
The coupling system thus allows not to change the original position of the saddle, while providing the typical elegant design of Acavallo products.

Using the Acavallo seat cover is also the ideal and economical solution for the use of older saddles, with lightly padded or thin seats.

Due to the gel manufacturing process, it may be advisable to clean the gel with warm water before initial use and make sure the saddle is well oiled and not dry to avoid any color transfer from the gel. In these rare cases, it is sufficient to thoroughly oil the saddle to remove any marks over a period of 2 weeks.
