The above mentioned shipping charges apply to the payment methods with Credit Card, Paypal and Bank Transfer. For whom to choose the cash on delivery payment method, the additional cost is € 6.00.

Note: Free shipping is reserved exclusively  to PRIVATE customers. The courier will be TNT.

Some disadvantaged areas may have an extra charge.

 

Monitoring of shipments

At the time of sending the goods, you will be able to track your package with the code that will be sent automatically by the courier to the e-mail address specified in the order.

Once the payment has been received and the availability of the ordered items is confirmed, it will proceed with immediate shipment. Times and modes vary depending on the courier that will be used. Couriers make deliveries from Monday to Friday; In order to facilitate the delivery it is possible to indicate, in the space dedicated to the notes, a TIME SLOT of preference. It is possible to ship the products to a different address from the home (eg workplace).

 

Delivery time

The delivery is done in 24 hours, 48/72 hours for the islands. Excluding holidays. Foreign deliveries will be made in 48 / 72h working days, excluding holidays. Tosoni Selleria is not responsible for delays beyond 48 hours due to poor areas and / or poorly served by dispatch centers. Disadvantaged areas may have an extra charge. If there is no one at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a paper note. The products remain in the branch office for a maximum of 5 days, in which the customer is obliged to make arrangements for a new delivery. The courier will try delivery the next day. In addition, if the recipient wishes to withdraw his package at a courier branch office, he must contact the courier reference branch to request that his order be held in the branch and then withdraw him personally. If after several attempts the products are not delivered, they will be returned to Tosoni Selleria and the necessary storage and transport costs will be demanded.

 

Retailers

The cost of shipping for retailers will be calculated at a later stage, a proforma invoice will be sent with the final cost of shipping.

Note: The goods will be sent without a tax receipt as a legal reference R.M. n. 274 / E / 09 of the Revenue Agency. For those who want to have an invoice, please specify it at time of order.

PLEASE NOTE: In very exceptional cases, it may occur that the size and weight of a shipment exceeds the cost of the base rate. 
We reserve the right to inform you of the additional cost of shipping. 
We will be glad to make you a refund if you do not accept the extra cost for shipment. 

Every time an order is made THE COST of shipping will be CALCULATED and INDICATED inside the order.

 

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Below are the terms and conditions for replacements, returns and refunds of the goods purchased online in our shop.

Conditions for Returns, Replacements and Refunds:

  • Requests must be received only through the special online application form within and not more than 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods
  • No requests will be accepted by mail or telephone
  • Replacement, return and refund procedures are valid only for private customers and not for resellers
  • Replacement, return and refund procedures are not valid for personalized and / or used products
  • The goods must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with the original labels and complete in all its parts

For optimal management of the practices, the customer is required to respect the methods indicated on this page, following the directions and waiting for the confirmation of our operators when required.

 

Replace products for size change

If the ordered size is not adequate, you may want to replace the product with one of the correct size. The costs of returning and shipping the new item are the responsibility of the customer.

In case the customer decides to replace the product with a different product, payment of the difference will be required.

How to Replace Products for Size Change:

  1. Make the request through the Replacement Request page, selecting the "Replacement for Size Change" reason
  2. Wait for our operator to confirm receipt of the request
  3. Send the product to Tosoni Selleria by postal mail or courier service of your choice
  4. Wait for our operator to verify the returned product
  5. Make payment for the new shipment by following the instructions received by email
  6. Receive the new product shipped by Tosoni Selleria

 

Replace products with a voucher

In order to meet customer needs, as an alternative to the exercise of the right of withdrawal with refund, you can return a product and request a purchase voucher of the same value. In this case, no additional charges for management will be charged to the customer. (10% fixed + additional € 12.00 as per specifications below and possibly 4% if paid with Paypal or Bank Transfer ). The costs of returning the product will be borne by the customer, to be done by postal mail or trusted courier.

Note: If your order has been shipped with free shipping, and the goods will be returned, it will be deducted € 8,90 from the purchase voucher.

Note: If the delivered goods are a partial part of the order, it will be deducted € 8.90 if the value of the goods not returned is less than 99.00 €.

How to Replace Products with a Purchase Voucher:  

  1. Make the request through the Request for Replacement page, selecting the "Replacement with Voucher" reason
  2. Wait for our operator to confirm receipt of the request
  3. Send the product to Tosoni Selleria by postal mail or courier service of your choice
  4. Wait for our operator to verify the returned product
  5. Receive the voucher that will be sent directly via email

Refund (right of withdrawal) 

The customer who was not satisfied with the purchase and does not wish to replace it with any other product (or receive a purchase voucher of equal value) has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receipt of the product as required by current legislation DLgs n . 185 of 22/05/1999.

In case of a refund, Tosoni Selleria reserves the right to withhold the following costs:

  • Shipping costs of the original order (also in case of free shipping)
  • Transaction fees for Paypal or Credit Card Payments (4% of transaction amount + 4% refund charges)
  • Practice management fees equal to 10% of the value of the returned product,  with a minimum of € 10.00
  • Additional charge of € 12.00 if the weight of the item sent exceeds 3.00 kg or the value of € 179.00

The costs of returning the product are to be borne by the Customer, who will have to return the products via a postal mail or other trusted courier.

Refund will be by bank transfer or Paypal.

To claim a refund (right of withdrawal) you must write to negozio@tosoniselleria.it, specifying as object "Return with refund" and wait for our staff instructions on how to proceed.

In the mail, it is mandatory to specify:

  • All personal data: First Name, Surname, Email and Phone
  • Number order of products to return
  • Product Codes to return
  • Reason for return
  • IBAN and Holder of the account on which to receive the refund or Paypal address.

 

Once we have received and verified your request we will be kindly contacting you to provide you with directions to make a return.

Warning: Do not ship the products without first having received a confirmation from our staff.

Once the returned product will be verified by our staff you will receive refund on your bank account or Paypal within 20 days of the return date of the items.
