Note: for non-European Union countries, customs fees may be required for the import of goods. Import costs are not calculated by Tosoni Selleria, but the customs of your country will contact you for payment. Import costs vary from country to country and depending on the value of the goods.
In exceptional cases, it may occur that the size and weight of a shipment exceeds the cost of the base rate. We reserve the right to inform you of the additional cost of shipping. We will be glad to make you a refund if you do not accept the extra cost for shipment.
Deposit freeze
If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a paper notice. The goods will remain in the branch for a maximum of 5 days, within which the customer is required to make arrangements for a new delivery. The courier will attempt delivery the next day. Furthermore, if the recipient wants to make the FREEZE DEPOSIT he is required to contact the courier's reference branch to request that the goods be held in the branch and then personally collect the goods. After a few unsuccessful attempts, the goods will be returned to Tosoni Selleria and storage and shipping costs will be requested.
Shipping for retailers
The cost of shipping for retailers will be calculated at a later stage, a proforma invoice will be sent with the final cost of shipping.
Note: The goods will be sent without a tax receipt as a legal reference R.M. n. 274 / E / 09 of the Revenue Agency. For those who want to have an invoice, please specify it at time of order.
